Sapporo-based trio Chevon have officially released their major debut album SanShaSanYou on April 8, 2026, at 00:00 local store time, marking a pivotal moment in their steadily rising career. The Japanese-language pop project spans 13 tracks and includes four newly introduced songs, signaling a clear step forward in both the band’s musical scope and artistic direction.

Known for crafting immersive live performances that draw audiences into a distinct emotional space, alongside a literary style of songwriting, Chevon has quickly gained recognition as one of Japan’s most compelling emerging acts, and this release reinforces their growing presence in the industry.

In conjunction with the album launch, the group also premiered the official music video for the lead track “B.O.A.T” on YouTube. The title, an acronym for “Bright Of All Time,” reflects the thematic shift at the core of the song.

Built as a powerful rock-driven anthem, “B.O.A.T” represents a transition in the band’s creative outlook. While Chevon’s earlier work often resonated with listeners navigating darker emotional experiences, this track emphasizes a deliberate shift toward optimism, resilience, and a brighter perspective, effectively redefining the narrative tone without losing emotional depth.

The band’s accelerating popularity is further demonstrated by the response to their largest tour to date, Chevon ONE MAN TOUR 2026 “SanShaSanYou,” which sold out almost immediately following general ticket sales.

The tour schedule includes multiple major stops, beginning with May 22 to 23 at Zepp Nagoya, followed by May 30 to 31 at Zepp Sapporo, June 13 to 14 at Zepp Fukuoka, and June 24 to 25 at Zepp Osaka Bayside, before culminating in a significant performance at Yokohama Arena on September 13, 2026.

Due to overwhelming demand, additional performances have been added at Nippon Budokan on December 20 and 21, 2026.

With a major debut album release, a newly revealed music video, and a fully sold-out national tour, Chevon’s upward trajectory shows no signs of slowing, positioning the trio as a notable force within Japan’s contemporary music scene.
