Miranda Lambert and Little Big Town Join Kacey Musgraves for 61st ACM Awards

ACM Awards 2026

The Academy of Country Music, alongside Prime Video and Dick Clark Productions, has announced an additional wave of performers for the 61st Academy of Country Music Awards. Newly confirmed artists include Kacey Musgraves, Little Big Town, and Miranda Lambert.

They join previously revealed performers Cody Johnson, Lainey Wilson, and Riley Green as anticipation builds for one of country music’s largest annual events.

The ceremony is scheduled to take place on Sunday, May 17, 2026, streaming live globally across more than 240 countries and territories. The broadcast will originate from the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas and will be available exclusively via Prime Video. Viewers will also have access through the Amazon Music channel on Twitch and within the Amazon Music app.

This year’s show returns to a Sunday night slot and is expected to feature large-scale performances, exclusive collaborations, and curated moments highlighting both established and emerging country artists.

Musgraves, a seven-time ACM Award winner, is set to make her ACM performance debut, revealing a new track from her upcoming sixth studio album Middle of Nowhere, scheduled for release on May 1. Little Big Town, an eight-time ACM Award-winning group, will deliver a special performance, while Lambert, the most awarded artist in ACM history, is preparing a headlining appearance.

In the days leading up to the main event, ACM Awards Week will bring a series of live showcases across Las Vegas. These include “ACM Lifting Lives Country on the Green: Riley Green & Friends” at Topgolf Las Vegas on May 15, featuring Lauren Alaina, Randy Houser, and Rodney Atkins.

Another highlight, “ACM Next Wave: Country’s Beach Bash,” will take place May 16 at Mandalay Bay Beach, with performances by Ashley Cooke, Braxton Keith, Dasha, Flatland Cavalry, and Tucker Wetmore.

Tickets for both the awards ceremony and its surrounding events are now available via AXS, offering fans access to a full weekend of country music programming.

Established in 1966, the ACM Awards remain the longest-running country music awards show. The event made a significant industry shift in 2022 by becoming the first major awards ceremony to move exclusively to a livestream format through Prime Video.

Nominations for the 61st ACM Awards are set to be announced on April 9, with additional performers, presenters, and the event host expected to be revealed in the coming weeks.
